During this era of heightened social injustice, climate crisis, and global upheaval, we are compelled to act. We are actively expanding our Social Impact Program. In light of recent events, we have refocused our efforts to accelerate change and positively impact the organizations that we are passionate about.
Backing what we believe in
We support the causes that are important to our employees, our customers, and our communities. While this isn’t an exhaustive list, here are some organizations we are passionate about and we think you should be too.

Agencies for Reproductive Rights
As a part of our ongoing mission to be an agency of change, Gray Dot Company has joined as a charter member of Agencies for Reproductive Rights — a coalition of 35+ agencies that believe in a person’s right to choose.
Member agencies have pledged to support reproductive rights by covering the cost of travel for team members who may need to go out of state for abortion healthcare.

By using the guiding principles of Pledge 1%, Gray Dot Company is committing both time and financial resources by pledging:
- 100% of Referral fees
- 1% of profits
We’ll donate 1% of revenue on a quarterly basis - 1% of equity
We’ll donate 1% of our company’s proceeds in the event of a sale or acquisition of the company

Women in Tech SEO
As proud members of the Women in Tech SEO community, we are committed to giving back to the communities that consistently support us. That’s why we have committed to donating $200 for every closed deal we earn from WTSEO referrals or relationships.

Pro-Bono Projects
In addition to consistently offering reduced rates for non-profit companies, we donate 1-3 yearly pro-bono SEO projects (worth up to $10,000) to qualifying not-for-profit organizations in the following categories:
- Climate change
- Racial inequality
- Women's & children's issues
- Homelessness and/or food insecurity
