REQUIREMENTS:
Senior experience - with proven results - in a technical field.
Ideally digital PR, branding, product management, or social media, but we're open to other possibilities in marketing, operations, management, engineering, etc.
Consulting-focused communication skills.
Know & respect your audience. Be accountable for your own schedule & deliverables, and set expectations well. Clearly convey the value of your work.
A desire to honestly help & provide value to the people behind the businesses you serve.
A strong sense of ethics, ownership & accountability.
For your work, your results, and your clients.
Proven ability to sell your services & maintain happy clients over the long haul.
A remote, work-from-anywhere skillset & setup.
An internal operations focus, specifically with hiring & managing teams (FTEs, PTEs and subcontractors), as well as setting up & maintain sustainable business processes.
Good work/life boundaries. Nobody that's working 24/7 is putting out good quality work.
A desire to grow a business together.
